Emily is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Human Nutrition and years of experience particularly in nutrition education and coaching in weight management, pre-diabetes and diabetes. Empowering others in nutrition is her passion and she loves seeing the success of the client as they build their relationship with food.
Approach to care
There is so much information out there that the journey to wellness can feel overwhelming. Emily’s approach is to help her clients simplify the noise and reach individualized goals using evidenced-based practices. Becoming a partner with the client on their journey is important to her to help them build that confidence to be in the driver’s seat.
What to expect in your first session with Emily?
In your first session, we will take time to explore background, your journey so far, and where you’d like to go. This will involve a comprehensive nutrition assessment. Together, we’ll work on a plan that best fits your goals and one that feels sustainable for your lifestyle.
