Hannah is a registered dietitian with her Master's in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition. She has experience working with disordered eating, sports and fitness nutrition, general health, weight concerns, and gut health. Hannah is passionate about helping everyone she works with establish a healthy relationship with food alongside reaching any other nutrition related goals they may have.

Hannah's approach to care is to meet you where you are at and help to guide and support you on your nutrition journey. She believes all foods fit and enjoys helping you learn how to use food as a way to help you feel your best. Hannah works with you to create sustainable habit changes and learn how to trust your body.
What to expect in your first session with Hannah?
In your first session, Hannah will spend time getting to know you and diving deep into your nutrition related goals. She will ask questions about your health and lifestyle history, current habits, and any other relevant information. After that, she will help you to establish clear action items to focus on before our next session and provide the education and resources necessary!
