Mariel is a registered dietitian whose approach can be described as compassionate, non-judgmental, and empathetic. She follows a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach, and believes in helping clients make realistic, sustainable changes that work for their lifestyle. She believes that you are the expert of your body, and that all foods can fit into your eating world. Eating should be enjoyable and should honor both your mental and physical health! Mariel is passionate about helping her clients ditch dieting and food rules and learn to make peace with food and their body through intuitive eating. She also works with families on picky eating, weight concerns, responsive feeding, and raising intuitive eaters. Outside of being a dietitian, Mariel enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking & baking, exercising, and listening to podcasts.
