I have worked with patients of all ages throughout my career and there is one thing I've learned regardless of age-- nutrition is personal and it is rarely just "food". Growing up in an Italian household, I can appreciate that food is something that can bring us together and I work with my clients to make sure that they don't have to sacrifice experiences while working on improving their health. I take a team approach to coaching to ensure you feel supported while taking the steps to make changes that will stick.
Approach to care
I like to take a patient-centered, holistic approach to nutrition with an "all-foods-fit" mindset. No foods are off limits, but rather we will use our time together to work as a team to help you set some realistic goals that not only address the food you eat, but your overall health and wellness.

Imagine it to be an informal get to know you over coffee. I want to learn about you, where you're at and what you'd like to accomplish. From there, we can start working on how to make that happen.
