Allison has been in practice as a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years, and during that time has gained experience in many different areas of nutrition, including inpatient clinical care, disordered/emotional eating, diabetes, cardiac health, weight management, and most recently, food sensitivities & gastrointestinal health. Allison pursued advanced study in integrative & functional nutrition when she started experiencing gastrointestinal symptoms that conventionally-trained providers had been unable help her resolve.

Allison's mission is to help patients get to the root cause of the symptoms & conditions they are struggling with, to uncover where and why imbalance & dysfunction is occurring. Allison strives to create a partnership with her patients, and provide a high level of supportive care, so that patients can reach their goals and feel their best.

In your first session, Allison will review your full personal, medical, and lifestyle history with you in order to be sure she has the most comprehensive picture of where you are now, so that she can best help you reach your health & nutrition goals. At the conclusion of this session, you will be armed with initial recommendations and have set goals to work on moving forward.
