Ania
Ania has over 10 years of experience as a registered dietitian, with a focus on diabetes management, kidney disease and Intuitive eating. Ania has experience working in variety of settings including clinical nutrition, renal dialysis, Community nutrition and private practice. Ania believes in an all-foods-fit approach and aims to help her clients understand it is possible to achieve their health and wellness goals without restrictive diets.
Approach to care
Ania specializes in Intuitive eating and practices from a weight inclusive, non-diet approach. She is passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food, body image and achieve true food freedom. Ania strives to meet each client where they are, while supporting them to reach their health goals by focusing on small sustainable behavior change.

Your fist session with Ania is all about fostering a partnership and help you get excited about reaching your health and wellness goals. Ania will spend time learning about you, your medical history, nutrition history, what has worked or haven't worked in the past and your current habits. Together we will decide on a small goal to work on for the next session.
