About
Aryane
Aryane has a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology and four years of experience as a nutrition therapist. Her target population is individuals 18+. She specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, and emotional eating, although she also enjoys counseling individuals with diabetes, pre-diabetes, PCOS, cardiovascular risk factors (such as high cholesterol and hypertension), or those simply seeking to improve their general wellness and eating habits. Aryane’s philosophy revolves around sustainable change, steering away from quick fixes and emphasizing gradual, lasting improvements.
Approach to care
Aryane approaches nutrition counseling from a non-diet, weight neutral perspective. She fosters a collaborative environment where clients actively contribute to their nutritional journey, ensuring that recommendations align seamlessly with their unique preferences and circumstances. Her empathetic and compassionate approach creates a safe space for clients to navigate challenges and celebrate successes.

What to expect in your first session with Aryane?

In your first session, you can anticipate a comprehensive and personalized exploration of your health and nutritional journey. You will embark on a collaborative conversation to delve into your dietary history, interpersonal dynamics around food, and emotional connections with eating. This initial assessment is designed to provide a holistic understanding of your unique circumstances, ensuring that subsequent discussions and recommendations are finely tuned to your individual needs. Together, personalized goals will be established, laying the groundwork, not just to address immediate concerns, but also to cultivate a foundation for lasting improvements in your health and lifestyle.
