Blair brings a great wealth of knowledge and experience in oncology, GI diseases, and cardiovascular health. Blair’s main goal in nutrition counseling is to help her clients meet their nutrition goals through creating sustainable and realistic habits. Outside of work, Blair enjoys spending time with family and friends, paddle boarding, yoga, cooking, and reading.
