Blair Kott, Registered and Licensed Dietitian, graduated from Utah State University, where she obtained her Master’s degree in Dietetics Administration and completed her Dietetic Internship. Prior to obtaining her graduate degree, Blair attended The University of Texas at Austin where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition. Blair currently works in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. She brings a great wealth of knowledge and experience in oncology (cancer), gastrointestinal diseases, and cardiovascular health. Blair’s main goal in nutrition counseling is to help her clients meet their nutrition goals through creating sustainable and realistic habits. Outside of work, Blair enjoys spending time with family and friends, paddle boarding, yoga, cooking, and reading. Blair is credentialed with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Blair is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Oncology Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group.
