Blair graduated from The University of Texas at Austin where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition. After receiving her bachelor's degree, Blair attended Utah State University, where she obtained her Master’s degree in Dietetics Administration and completed her Dietetic Internship. Prior to Nourish, Blair worked in inpatient nutrition where she focused on nutrition support (tube feeding and IV nutrition) to optimize oncology and medical patients' nutrition status while in the hospital. Blair has educated hundreds of patients on various nutrition topics, including diabetes care, cardiovascular disease, and gastrointestinal disease.

Blair brings a great wealth of knowledge and experience in nutrition education and counseling. Blair loves education and spends time to break down the science and reason "why" behind all things nutrition! Her main goal is to help her clients meet their nutrition goals through creating sustainable habits from a non-diet/intuitive eating approach. Together, you will set individualized short- and long- term goals, to work towards creating these sustainable habits.

In your first session together, Blair will spend time getting to know you and conduct a thorough nutrition assessment. During this time, you will discuss your medical history, medication/supplement use, lab work, hydration/nutrition status, in addition to other topics the RD sees relevant.
