Hi! My name is Catherine and I'm a dietitian who specializes in creating healthy relationships with food and body image. Growing up, I knew I wanted to be a dietitian after seeing how I could adjust my dietary intake to perform better in athletics. I also have fond memories of cooking with my mom in the kitchen and experimenting with new recipes.
Approach to care
My goal is to help clients find ways to add more fun, flavor and enjoyment out of eating. I aim to help reduce any guilt or fears around food so clients can achieve their goals in a more balanced manner.
What to expect in your first session with Catherine?
A judgement free environment where we can connect and get to know each other. Eating is more than just the food you put in your mouth- it is psychological, environmental, personal and emotional.
