Christine Russell

Christine has over 30 years of professional experience, primarily in the areas of eating disorders/disordered eating, emotional eating, weight concerns and diabetes. Her passion lies in helping others make peace with food so they may finally enjoy a life free from food control, guilt and shame. Christine's works with her clients to let go of diet culture and heal their relationship with food. Christine acquired a Master of Science degree in Public Health Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Central Michigan University. She is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and also obtained a Certificate in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Christine resides in Michigan with her family and three dachshunds. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, hiking, boating and kayaking.
