Courtney Watring

Courtney's experience in the dietetic field began working with those struggling with eating disorders and building sustainability in their lives as well as improving their relationship with food and their body. During that time, she transitioned into a leadership position. Since joining Nourish in February 2022, Courtney supports clients in an approach led with compassion and care. Courtney continues to counsel clients with eating disorders as well as gut health, women's health, general nutrition, and emotional eating to name a few.

Courtney is a non-diet dietitian who strives to counsel clients in a supportive and empowering way. She leads with evidence-based nutrition science but enjoys meeting clients where they are at and finding sustainable approaches to care. Along with a focus in sustainability, Courtney explores individually with each client a holistic approach to care, redefining health, food neutrality, Intuitive Eating, and Health at Every Size (HAES).

Courtney will take time to learn more about you overall as an individual during the first session. This may include your concerns, goals, and struggles regarding food and nutrition. Additionally, she will explore your medical history, relationship with food, movement history, and what a typical day may look like. She enjoys providing insight on the next steps based on the information you provide and ensure there is time to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
