Courtney believes in a non-diet approach, working with each individual to incorporate variety, balance, moderation and flexibility. Courtney is passionate about working alongside each individual to prioritize nutrition as a part of their life and through support and education, works with individuals to develop a healthy relationship with food.

In your first session, you can expect a casual feel, like meeting with a friend. Courtney values getting to know you and understanding all of the moving pieces that construct your relationship with food. She understands nutrition is not one-size-fits-all and works together with clients to learn, understand and develop a sustainable treatment plan which focuses on your individual goals.
