Daria began her career working in functional and integrative nutrition, taking a whole-body approach to health and wellbeing. Her expertise includes hormonal imbalances, gut health and GI-related conditions like IBS, food sensitivities/intolerances, and acid reflux. She likes to dig for the root cause of symptoms, especially digestive health cases! Daria is most excited when working with clients in one-on-one settings, where sessions are more conversational. Learning about your unique lifestyle and goals allows her to tailor personalized plans that best fit your needs!

I adopt a personalized, patient-centered approach to care and believe there is no "one-size-fits-all" plan when it comes to nutrition. Somewhere along the way, the idea of wellness became less about health and more about marketing--a supplement for this illness, another product for that. We've lost touch with our bodies' innate ability to recognize what it needs to thrive.
I'm here to help you get back to the basics and establish foundational nutrition habits that meet your unique needs. Rather than mask symptoms short-term with a bandaid approach, I'll help you get to the root of your health concerns through evidence-based nutrition, and promote sustainable change with lasting results.
