Ellie Stamerjohn

Ellie Stamerjohn is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian practicing in Dallas, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from The University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi. She went on to complete her dietetic internship and earn a Master of Science degree in Dietetics from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She began her career at a private practice in Richardson, TX that specializes in PCOS, eating disorders and sports nutrition. She has also held a PRN clinical dietitian position at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas where she worked in oncology, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal and general medicine adult care units. Both experiences helped Ellie put her training into practice and improve her skills as a dietitian in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Ellie is passionate about providing easy-to-digest nutrition information that empowers others to make positive changes in their life. Ellie's goal is to clear up confusion within the nutrition space and help individuals improve their relationship with food and body.
