Erin
Erin Lindorfer MS, RD is a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping you support your body in ways that work for you and your life. Erin has 5 years of experience working with a variety of different conditions. Erin loves seeing clients over time and watching their progress as they reach their goals. Erin enjoys working with clients in women's health (including hormone health, fertility and prenatal care), healthy aging, and weight management. Erin believes that people deserve to feel empowered in their nutrition so that they can fuel their bodies for life!
Approach to care
Erin takes a "what can we add in" approach when it comes to nutrition rather than focusing on what to take away. She believes in supporting the entire you, so that you can feel confident in your nutrition changes for life. She has worked with many people on weight management, diabetes, heart health, and women's health concerns.

Erin likes to understand your experience in the first session, each person experiences their condition and unique way and it's important to Erin that she knows how you feel and what you are going through. Erin will dig deep into what has worked for you, and what hasn't worked so well so that together you can come up with a plan that is best for you and your goals.
