Gaby has 8 years of experience working in the dietetic field, focusing on pediatric nutrition, lactation, general nutrition, women's health, diabetes, heart health, and gut health. Gaby interned at Saint Louis University where she focused on serving pediatric patients and families. Gaby loves supporting people who want to adopt healthier habits into their lives realistically. She has a fervor for meeting people of all levels and backgrounds where they're at, to help improve their relationship with food and learn how to eat well practically. She also has a daughter with Celiac disease, so has a special interest in helping patients with gut health, autoimmune, and food allergies.
