Using a non-diet, gentle-nutrition approach, Jenna provides evidenced-based nutrition and lifestyle interventions, while prioritizing nutrition education and realistic goal setting during sessions. She is passionate in helping her clients to unlearn what diet culture has falsely taught them. Knowing that each client is truly unique, Jenna meets clients where they currently are, giving them the tools and support they need to reach their goals and beyond.
In her spare time you can find Jenna kayaking, snowboarding, gardening, and spending time with her husband and fur-children.
