I became a Registered Dietitian after being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes myself, and finding that nutrition information can be difficult to navigate. I have made it my mission to try to help others understand that there is no specific way to make changes to lifestyle that fit everyone the same. We are all individuals, that live very different lives and my goal is to help clients make changes that fit their lifestyle, but still benefit their overall health.

I work with individuals that come from all financial levels, different living situations, and geographical areas. My approach to care is to understand where you are coming from, and attempt to make the changes to your lifestyle feel less challenging.

We will be gathering information all about you and your goals, medical history, etc. in this first visit. We will also set one or two small and realistic goals that can be started today and be reassessed in follow up sessions.
