Approach to care
Jennifer believes in a holistic approach to nutrition and overall health. She aims to provide the knowledge and motivation to empower you to reach your personal nutrition goals in a realistic, sustainable way. She recognizes the important role food has in all of our lives, from a physiological, emotional and cultural standpoint. Her goal is to help you make lifelong behavior changes rather than short-term quick fixes while continuing to enjoy your life and your favorite foods.
