I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with over 8 years of counseling experience. I have my Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Hunter College of New York. I specialize in working with clients living with chronic conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease as well as prenatal/postpartum and breastfeeding parents, infants and children, and those looking to lose weight and improve their quality of life.

I believe it is important to meet people where they are in their journey to overall health and wellness. I let the client take the lead on topics that are important to them and act as a guide to work together and create goals based on their needs. I use motivational interviewing techniques to help empower you to make changes. Together we can create realistic, manageable and sustainable goals that will help you be successful!

I take this time to really understand what challenges and goals you are working towards. Together, we come up with a roadmap of how you can get there by creating small attainable goals. It is a process but one that I am excited to work on together!
