I'm a women's health dietitian with a passion for helping women achieve healthy, pain-free periods, and getting to know their body, cycle, and support their fertility. I also have a background in sports nutrition and have worked with both professional and collegiate athletes. I made the switch to specialize in hormone health from experiencing my own hormone challenges and being able to resolve them through nutrition and lifestyle changes. I've worked with women struggling with frequent low energy, missing periods, PMS, PMDD, and PCOS to help guide them back into a state of balance, resolve their symptoms, and optimize their fertility.

I use a patient-centered approach to make sure I am supporting you in a way that resonates and is meeting your needs. I approach each patient with compassion and really value a holistic approach when it comes to your health. I truly believe health is so much more than what we eat. I value getting to know you and how I can best support you on your healing journey.

In our first session we will discuss your health history and create a plan for your nutrition and lifestyle foundations to support you in working towards your health goals. This session will serve as an opportunity to get to know you better, the kind of support you're looking for, and get you started on your healing journey.
