John has spent the past decade working and studying around the world. At La Sorbonne in Paris, France, he began building his approach to helping others create sustainable relationships with eating through balancing nutritious ingredients with more indulgent cuisines while finding opportunities where the two overlap.He trained as a chef at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degrees in Culinary Arts, Culinary Nutrition, and Clinical Dietetics. While completing his studies, John worked as a chef in Newport, Rhode Island and served as a content developer, culinary educator, and curriculum designer at Tulane University's Golding Center for Culinary Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. John completed his dietetic internship at the University of New Haven in West Haven, Connecticut and continues to hone his abilities as a registered dietitian in outpatient and community-based settings. He holds his certification as a personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. John's background has enabled him to support hundreds of individuals of all ages with personalized approaches to managing various conditions and embracing healthier habits. He's helped others achieve goals that include improved blood pressure, cholesterol, body composition, blood sugar, and bone density as well as reduced medication burden and healthier relationships with food and eating, just to name a few. John's passion is honing his abilities to provide whoever he has the pleasure of teaming up with nothing short of the best support in leading their healthiest life.
