Approach to care
Jordan's approach to care is in listening and breaking down how your prior experiences with food have shaped your relationship to it today. You've had your whole life so far shaping how you see food, and it takes time to fully understand and change this! She will meet you where you're at in the journey, while also supporting and encouraging you to challenge yourself to help meet your goals.
What to expect in your first session with Jordan?
In your first session, we will spend time getting to know each other to fully understand how food fits into your life. I understand that food is only a small portion of your habits and want to get to know everything that makes you, you! We will discuss your history with food and what guides your food choices throughout the day, then set some goals for what to consider before our next session.
