Karin is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with 25 years experience working in many facets of the field of Nutrition and Dietetics. She embraces her empathy and caring nature. She values developing a connection inclusive of all ages and populations to ultimately help you thrive and foster a healthy relationship with food. She believes in mind body connection and how that can impact a person’s relationship with food.

Nutrition education for everyone in a non-judgmental, inclusive environment. Most of all, Karin approaches nutrition counseling/education with compassion and empathy to help people manage chronic illnesses and become the best version of themselves.
