Approach to care
It’s no secret that food is fuel for your body and ultimately impacts the way you feel. My goal is to help you develop the tools you need to choose foods that will give you energy to live vibrantly. First, I will take your individual needs into consideration. Then, we can work together to develop a plan for you to create lasting healthy habits. These are the lifestyle changes you WANT to make and will continue when you FEEL the difference.
What to expect in your first session with Katelyn?
During our first session, I will get to know you and your current lifestyle habits. We will explore your goals and discuss realistic ways to achieve them. Then, we'll make a plan for action and schedule a follow up appointment to provide you with support and accountability.
