Katrina is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping others find true balance in life with nutrition and movement. Katrina has been a dietitian for 6 years working with others that have weight concerns, type II diabetes, disordered eating, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and high cholesterol. Having struggled with disordered eating and hormonal imbalances herself, Katrina has helped many women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) break free from dieting and balance their hormones to keep PCOS symptoms at bay. Katrina believes that small goals lead to lifelong habits. When you work with Katrina, you won't get a "quick fix" but a true, sustainable lifestyle change.

Katrina provides a supportive environment and meets you where you are right now. Katrina uses Intuitive and Mindful Eating practices to help you realistically find food freedom, elevate your nutrition, and discover joyful movement so you can be your happiest and healthiest self.

Our first session together will be all about YOU! We will talk about what inspired you to improve your health, what motivates you, and potential barriers to change. This will help us come up with the best plan for you to be successful on your health journey. We will always work together, and my goal as your dietitian is to provide a calm, judgment-free environment in order to prioritize you and your health. I can't wait to meet you!
