Kayla has the knowledge and understanding of both the training, and nutrition, to best help your sports and performance nutrition needs. She is extremely passionate about teaching others the importance of good health and nutrition, and how it impacts our longevity in life and specifically in sports/performance.

Kayla's approach to nutrition focuses on building a positive relationship with food while creating flexibility in your food choices so you are able to achieve the long-lasting result you are searching for- and sustain it. :) She works WITH you and your body to achieve your goals at your pace, so you are feeling positive and excited about your progress.
What to expect in your first session with Kayla?
Your first session is where we get to know YOU. You are the most important person in that hour and we focus on getting to know one another to set the tone for upcoming sessions. We will dive into your current habits & behaviors, what you want to focus on during our time together and how we can get you there in a way that works best for YOU. By the end of the session we will set at least 1 tangible goal together so that you are able to leave with something to focus on until our next session. :)
