Kelly Adams is a Registered Dietitian, originally from Illinois, but now resides in Minnesota. She has a Bachelor's in Dietetics from the University of Minnesota and a Master's in Kinesiology from Miami University (in Ohio) and has worked with all kinds of clients from Division I athletes to weekend warriors. She believes that food is fuel and that all foods, including cultural foods, fit into your day to day life.
Approach to care
Kelly understands that food and nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach and strives to help clients reach their goals using a compassionate and non-judgemental approach to food. She doesn't believe in cutting out foods or strict meal plans, but rather finding small tweaks to your current routine that can help achieve your goals. Her mission is to empower you to use nutrition to feel confident in your own skin and fuel your body properly.
What to expect in your first session with Kelly?
During your first session, Kelly will get to know YOU and not just your end goal. She will ask about nutrition and health history, day to day routine, interests and hobbies, goals, eating habits, and anything else that will help her provide personalized and sustainable nutrition recommendations to help meet your goals.
