Laura graduated with a Bachelors of Science from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and then went on to earn a Certificate in Nutrition from Simmons College before completing a Masters degree and Dietetic Internship at the University of Vermont. She also completed a Certificate of Training in Obesity of Pediatrics and Adults and is trained on the use of a low FODMAP diet for IBS by Monash University. Before Nourish, she worked in a fitness setting and understands the role that both nutrition and exercise play in whole body health. Please note: Laura only sees adult patients at this time.
Approach to care
Laura takes a well-rounded approach towards nutrition support and helps her clients achieve their wellness goals by teaching them how to fuel their bodies while improving their relationship with food. She encourages sustainable change and enjoys making a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of her clients.

Your first nutrition session provides the opportunity for Laura to learn all about you and to start developing an individualized plan for nutrition support. Please make sure you complete your intake forms prior to your first session and come prepared to answer questions related to your medical history, lifestyle habits, and nutrition challenges. Laura's goal is that you leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and motivated to make realistic wellness changes.
