Laura is a Registered Dietitian with more than five years experience. Her specialty is coaching people through nutrition changes they WANT to make, but haven't quite figured out HOW to do so.
Laura works with people from all walks of life who want to feel less stressed about eating well. She has helped people with strict grocery budgets or fears about cooking, and people struggling with other life stresses like cancer or kidney disease. Let Laura help you take the stress out of nutrition, so you can enjoy more of your time, at the dinner table and out in the world.
Approach to care
Nutrition is a journey, and we ought to enjoy it. Laura believes in flavor and texture. She wants to help you discover 1) foods that make you feel great, and 2) routines that make nutritious choices easier.
In addition to being knowledgeable on the science of nutrition, Laura provides compassionate guidance as you make nutrition work for your needs. Life provides enough challenges; eating and feeling well shouldn't be among them.

What to expect in your first session with Laura?
In your first session, Laura will focus on getting to know you and understanding what you need/want from future sessions. In following visits, you'll collaborate on a plan to move forward and hash out the specific strategies and steps to take.
