Lauren
Lauren Hart, MS, RD, LDN, CEDS graduated from the Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Memphis. Lauren has practiced as an eating disorder dietitian at all levels of care: residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient program, and outpatient care and achieved status of Certified Eating Disorders Specialist.
Approach to care
She is passionate about assisting her clients in discovering and building a sustainable, life-giving relationship with food and facilitating compassionate connection to their bodies. Her approach is client-centered, evidence-based, solution-focused, and above all: compassionate and authentic.
The first session is all about putting together a clear picture of each client's challenges and successes with their health and well-being. We'll go through your "what", "where", "when", "why" to determine together the "now, what" to set both big-picture goals and day-to-day intentions. We'll also talk through clear expectations for what the path forward will look like and make sure all your questions are answered!
