Lindsey has been a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist for nearly 10 years. She found her passion for food and nutrition at the age of 14 while working in a long term care community cooking meals for elderly residents and seeing the impact tasty, healthy meals had on the individuals she served. Lindsey earned a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics with a Secondary in Gerontology from Kansas State University. Currently Lindsey is pursuing a credential in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. Lindsey has a passion for food, nutrition, and wellness and loves to share that with others.

Lindsey focuses on finding an individual plan for each client as there is no "one size fits all" solution to health and nutrition! Using evidenced-based nutrition science and nutrition counseling, the focus will be on finding and making sustainable changes to improve one's overall health and nutrition.

Your first nutrition session is all about you! Lindsey will be asking you questions to get to know you better, learn about your past nutrition related experiences, and to discuss where you would like to go on your health journey!
