Lisa Rostek

Lisa is a registered dietitian based out of Denver. She graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a bachelors degree in nutrition and dietetics. Lisa attended the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs to obtain her masters degree in sports nutrition. Lisa has been working in healthcare for 25 years. She worked as a certified nursing assistant, medication aide and massage therapist before becoming a registered dietitian. She is passionate about helping others achieve their nutritional goals. Outside of work Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband exploring the outdoors of Colorado and loving on her two rescue boxers, Ginger and Graham.
