Lisa is a registered dietitian nutritionist with a science-based, mindful approach to nutrition. Her approach to nutrition is rooted in her philosophies that "Everything you love can have a place in your life," and "Simple little disciplines, done consistently over time will add up to the biggest accomplishments." She has worked extensively with athletes and dancers to fuel for performance, change body composition, and heal relationship with food. Lisa enjoys helping clients of all ages to improve health and wellness.

She incorporates intuitive eating principles so that clients do not have to count calories or macros. Lisa wants all her clients to feel confident in building meals and snacks with an optimal balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fats to support health and performance for their unique body.
