Marie is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Cardiac Rehab. She’s worked in a variety of settings, from wellness centers to long-term care, and most recently in telehealth, all to help people improve their health through nutrition and lifestyle changes. She is also an avid cook and is a recipe developer for her website, where she shares her healthy recipes for family, friends, and others to enjoy. Marie is based in Wisconsin with her husband and enjoys spending time with her four kids, gardening, and going for long walks.

Marie seeks to combine her love of nutrition, food, and cooking with a passion for helping people improve health conditions through diet and lifestyle changes. She believes each person is unique and walks alongside them in an open and judge-free atmosphere to find what works for them in their journey to better health.
What to expect in your first session with Marie?
The first session will focus a lot on getting to know you and what’s driving you to want to make changes in your health habits, all in a relaxed, comfortable space where you can feel safe sharing these things. Together we will discover what health goals you want to work toward. We will explore your history and past experiences with food, diet, and health and start to develop a sustainable plan to help move you forward in reaching your goals.
