Mariel is a non-diet, weight inclusive Registered Dietitian based in upstate New York. She is passionate about helping her clients ditch dieting and food rules and supporting them in developing a healthy relationship with food and their body through intuitive eating. She helps her clients build realistic and sustainable habits that work for their lifestyle, and she truly believes that eating should be enjoyable and should honor both your physical health and your taste buds!

What to expect in your first session with Mariel?
In your initial session with Mariel, she will ask about your medical history, nutrition habits, and lifestyle. She will encourage you to share your current nutrition concerns, and will make it a priority to understand what has or has not worked for you in the past. Once she has a clear picture of your health goals, you will work together to develop a plan to help you meet those goals.
