Approach to care
Melissa takes a non-judgmental, empathetic approach and understands there are many reasons behind our food choices. Combining her strong clinical background with counseling training, Melissa takes a holistic approach to care for her clients. She will work together with her clients to find solutions to weave seamlessly into your routine and lifestyle at your pace, while overcoming any barriers. Melissa holds the belief that all foods can fit into a balanced, healthy lifestyle and there is no "one size fits all" approach. Together, you will investigate the root cause of your issues, find what may be lacking from your diet, and work on a more mindful approach to food.
