Meredith is a Registered Dietitian based in the Chicago area that has worked in the Health and Fitness industry for the past 9 years. She earned her bachelors degree in Culinary Nutrition at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Where she learned how to merge Culinary Arts with Nutrition Science. From there, Meredith went to Eastern Illinois University to achieve her Masters Degree and worked at St. Anthony's Hospital in Effingham, Illinois supporting the Diabetes Education Program.
Meredith has worked primarily in the Health Club setting working with a variety of clients ranging from Triathlon Preparation, FODMAP Elimination, Diabetes Management and Building a better relationship with food. She loves working one on one with clients to better support their needs and provide the education and care that they need to live healthier lives through a better relationship to nutrition.
