Olivera
Olivera is a Registered Dietitian, an ACLM Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. In addition, she completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Program at eCornell Center for Nutrition Studies and a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Olivera Schmeelk is a Registered Dietitian who leverages her expert knowledge and compassionate, encouraging approach to empower you to develop health-promoting habits by integrating personalized strategies that center around behavioral change while building healthy relationships with food and body. Olivera is passionate about presenting nutrition solutions tailored to your medical needs which includes developing a simple plan for a flexible, balanced eating pattern that includes great tasting food and dining experiences that enrich your life.

What to expect in your first session with Olivera?

In an initial visit Olivera spends ample time getting to know you! This begins with a thorough nutrition assessment which includes learning about your medical history, nutrition and lifestyle habits, food preferences, health and nutrition goals. From here she will provide nutrition education and collaborate with you to develop action steps to move you forward towards sustainable habits to build a foundation for long-term health. PLEASE NOTE: Appointment availability limited to Friday mornings.
