Paige is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Nutrition and Wellness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. She has been a dietitian for 7 years. After having her own struggles and confusion around nutrition and health, she became interested in the field. She works within two areas of practice. One of those includes helping women struggling with emotional eating, stress eating, binges and overeating. The second includes helping adults and children with food sensitivities and inflammatory conditions, including IBS, migraines, and eczema.
Approach to care
Paige's approach is holistic and functional. She wants to get to the root of what is going on, and work to truly fix things for good. It's very important to her to help people improve their relationship with food, feel better inside and out, and understand how to appropriately fuel their bodies long-term. Of note, her approach does not include focusing on weight loss, but instead is centered around addressing habits, priorities and lifestyle.
What to expect in your first session with Paige?
You're going to be asked a lot of questions. It's important to understand what's going on, what you've tried and where you want to go. That will likely take the whole first session, and maybe into the second session. After that, we'll start taking action.
