About
Robin
Robin resides in Southern Indiana. She has worked as an inpatient dietitian, an outpatient dietitian, a clinical manager for diabetes and nutrition therapy, and as a business development representative for an eating disorder specialty hospital. She lives on 65 wooded acres and enjoys floating on the pond.
Approach to care
Robin has a gentle approach in helping patients make desired changes. She wants to learn a person's motivation to change. She believes in value based recovery and change.
Your first session with Robin will last about an hour. She will ask what your goals and desires are in regard to nutrition and health. She will lead the conversation with questions to learn more about you. Her hope is that you will have 2-3 SMART goals to work towards by the end of the session.

Robin is a “seasoned” registered dietitian with over 30 years of professional experience. She has specialized in disordered eating for many of those years including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder. She is also experienced in diabetes, PCOS, chronic kidney disease, heart health, gastrointestinal issues, pediatric & family eating, emotional eating and eating management for weight concerns. Robin approaches each session by asking what matters most. She uses a blend of nutrition education and medical nutrition therapy to help guide desired changes. She believes the only “bad” foods are the ones we’re allergic to and the ones that are spoiled. Her previous clients would describe her as supportive, kind, and knowledgeable. She promotes the heathy living cycle, she’s a little quirky, and enjoys a good sense of humor.
