Sarah Zeiger

Sarah Zeiger, Registered and Licensed Dietitian, graduated from Louisiana State University, where she obtained her Bachelor's in Science, Nutriton and Food Science. She then completed her Master’s degree in Science of Nutrition and her Dietetic Internship at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.Sarah works passionately with her clients to help them obtain food freedom, flexibility, and positive health outcomes using sustainable goal setting and behavior changes. Sarah views each client as a unique individual and cares for them with compassion. Sarah loves to take her two dogs on hikes, enjoys spending time cooking, making sourdough bread, and reading!
