Sierra is from Austin, TX but currently resides in sunny San Diego, CA. She has worked in a variety of settings primarily focusing on weight management, diabetes, and clinical treatment and prevention of chronic disease. Open, easy-going, and attentive, Sierra is inspired by shared human experiences while appreciating our many unique differences. She empowers by recognizing the many pieces of life that make up the picture of health: physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, etc. Her passions lie in helping others reach their individual goals from a philosophy emphasizing balance, education, inclusivity, acceptance, and humor.

Sierra believes that positive change is best accomplished when you feel comfortable, empowered, and understood. For that reason she prioritizes forming a solid relationship with each of her clients, meeting them right where they are, and together creating the most beneficial plan of action. You will be in the driver's seat during your journey, while as a passenger, she will help guide and encourage as you travel toward the destination of your choice. Your first session with Sierra will be your time to shine, sharing any and everything that's on your mind. Together you will discuss the different moving parts of your daily life, including some of your habits, hobbies, social/work lifestyle, and of course, your goals and aspirations as they relate to your overall wellbeing. Sierra will answer any questions you have while developing a plan for what you can expect moving forward in your journey together, including your next follow-up appointment and actionable steps to move in the direction of your choice.
