Stephanie
Stephanie is a registered dietitian who has worked in a variety of settings including U.S. naval hospital in Japan, inpatient care in hospitals, dialysis center, longevity center and other outpatient clinics. She has spent most of her career working in a clinic setting where she has enjoyed developing relationships with her patients. Stephanie has spent numerous years working with advanced heart health testing and currently has been focusing on gut health. She completed the Monash FODMAP and IBS training course as well as the GI Dietitian's Roadmap Course. Stephanie understands the challenges of having celiac disease and IBS since she struggles herself.

Stephanie has a warm, compassionate approach and likes to work on solutions and finding a root cause. She is an empathetic listener and understands that making changes can be difficult. Stephanie tries to focus on the positive. She uses a personalized approach as everyone is different.

During your first session you and Stephanie will discuss your history, lifestyle and current nutrition concerns in more detail. This will allow Stephanie to better understand and assess your nutrition needs. It will end with a few small realistic goals that will help lead to your long term goals.
