Sydney is a Registered Dietitian who has experience as a clinical dietitian working with a wide variety of patients including GI disorders, diabetes, heart health, prenatal nutrition and nutrition support (tube feeding). She has a passion for meeting her patients where they are and helping them to make sustainable healthy lifestyle changes that will allow them to meet their goals. Sydney enjoys working with all age groups and has experience working with everyone from pediatrics to geriatrics. She is a big foodie and hopes to bring her passion for food and cooking to others so that they can experience joy from the foods that they eat while also fueling their bodies in a healthy way.

Sydney believes in individualized care and working together with her patients to create a plan that they feel confident in and can reach their health goals. Sydney believes in meeting her patients where they are and making small goals so that patients can have long term success. Sydney loves to learn and spends time following evidence based practice so that her patients have access to the best information.

In our initial session, Sydney will spend the majority of the time getting to know you and get a good understanding of your lifestyle. This will help to give Sydney a better idea of who you are and how to best help you meet your goals. Together we will start to formulate a plan and give you a small goal to work towards until our follow up meeting.
