Taylor is a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of expertise in the field of dietetics. She holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from Marywood University where she graduated from their Coordinated Program in 2012. She started her dietetics career working in community nutrition with pre-school children, then transitioned into one-on-one nutrition counseling for the past 6 years. Taylor empowers clients to cultivate a healthy relationship with food, enabling them to achieve their health and wellness goals with confidence. When she is not working, you can find her hanging out with her mini Sheepadoodle, Waffles.

What to expect in your first session with Taylor?
Your first session with Taylor will be a "get to know you" session! It will include a nutritional assessment, including medical history and current health and nutrition habits. She will discuss your health and wellness goals and work together with you to develop a plan to achieve them. Together, you will set small achievable goals to work towards your long term goals!
