Tricia Stoddard is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian based out of the Austin, Texas area. While moving all over the country as a military spouse, she has worked with a wide variety of patients and disease states ranging from pediatrics and sports nutrition to chronic gastrointestinal conditions and beyond. Having worked with thousands of patients over the past 8 years, Tricia is confident in her role as a dietitian to support you on your individualized health journey.

What to expect in your first session with Tricia?
At your initial session, Tricia will do a comprehensive assessment that dives into many different aspects of your health, such as medical history, food and nutrition habits, sleep, activity level, stress, etc. Next, she will elaborate on and confirm current goals as well as barriers based on this assessment and walk you through the 'pillars' of your personalized nutrition plan. At the end of your session, Tricia will help create actionable steps and review any goals to work on until your next session.
