Approach to care
I aim to customize my counseling approach for each patient's unique needs, employing a holistic method that encourages their self-motivation, self-efficacy, and addresses potential barriers. My overarching goal is to help patients attain their nutrition objectives and enhance their well-being, considering cultural backgrounds and food preferences. Whether it's boosting confidence, addressing food-related concerns, or providing practical guidance, my primary focus is to create a safe, inclusive space where patients feel heard, understood, and valued in our journey toward better overall well-being.
