I'm a registered dietitian native to South Florida. I'm a Nourish provider who is here to guide patients to take the steps they need to reach their health goals. I am easygoing and compassionate. I like to make my patients laugh and I believe that health is within reach for everyone and it is my passion to help people find the easiest ways to get there.

I take my time to get to know as much as I can about my patients from a judgement-free perspective. I help them create easy goals that would work best for them while taking into consideration their lifestyle, culture, and budget. Navigating the nutrition information found on social media can sometimes be overwhelming and inadvertently cause anxiety around eating. I help my patients move away from fad diets, macros, restrictive plans and counting calories to focusing on getting adequate nutrition by building sustainable habits. I want my patients to be armed with knowledge and ultimately become comfortable around all their favorite foods.

I take my time to get to know my patients. I want to know as much as I can so that the goals that we set together in future sessions work well for you. I don't pressure my patients to hit the ground running but I will provide them with the knowledge and support that they need to get at least one step closer to their health goals.
